Cartagena de Indias is considered the most important tourist destination of Colombia, because of its inhabitants, tourist attractions, beaches and hotel infrastructure.Cartagena's colonial walled city and fortress were designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1984. Considered by many as one of the world's most beautiful, fascinating and magical cities, Cartagena was founded by Spanish conquerors as a main port to bring Europeans. Cartagena, located on Colombia's northern coast and facing the Caribbean Sea, is the most visited cities in the country.

Cartagena Tour Itinerary:

1st Day

Assistance by an English speaking guide at Cartagena airport, handling of one luggage per person and transfer by modern air conditioned vehicle to the hotel.

2nd Day

Buffet Breakfast at the hotel, three hours and a half City tour with bilingual guide, entrances to La Popa Monastery and San Felipe de Barajas Fortress and panoramic thru some neighborhoods of Bocagrande, Castillogrande and Manga; includes 1 bottle of water per person during the tour.

3rd Day

Buffet breakfast at the hotel. Full day tour with typical lunch to the Rosario Island with the possibility to attend an interesting show of dolphins and sharks. Pier and environmental taxes are included and transfer hotel/pier/hotel also.

4th Day

Buffet breakfast at the hotel. Three hours and a half city tour visiting the Rafael Nuñez house, Santa Catalina Bastion and San Pedro Claver Church and walking around colonial streets and squares of the old city.

5th Day

Buffet breakfast at the hotel. Day at leisure. At night, 20 minutes ride on a horse carriage thru the romantic narrow streets of Cartagena leaving from Santa Teresa square, a la cart dinner at well known Santisimo Restaurant including entree, main dish and dessert. Doesn’t include beverage at the restaurant.

6th, 7th, 8th Day

Buffet breakfast at the hotel. Day at leisure, the opportunity to take our optional tours.

9th Day

Buffet breakfast at the hotel. Departure to the airport to take your flight back on our modern vehicles accompanied by a bilingual guide.
