You can only get to Leticia, this spectacular tropical and adventurous town from Colombia by plane. Because of its privileged position as a triple frontier and being very close to a tributary river Javary, Leticia/Tabatinga can serve as the perfect base for eco-tourist activities as well as for the studies of wildlife and flora in the Amazon region. It can also be the perfect starting point for visiting indigenous tribes such as: the Tikunas, Yaguas, Huitotos and Boras in the Amazonas

AMAZON TOUR ITINERARY:

1st Day
Arrival at the Leticia, Colombia airport, transfer by modern air conditioned vehicle to the hotel.

2nd Day
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit to Maloca Huitoto, sacred place for the indigenous community. Walking thru the jungle you will find La Maloca where the chaman will teach you about their habits and food. Come back to the hotel for Dinner.

3rd Day
Breakfast at the hotel. Tour to Micos island: full day, thru the Amazonas river. You will visit Micos island, Amacayacu Park and Tarapoto lagoon, there you could see gray and pink dolphins and indigenous communities. Come back to the hotel for dinner.

4th day
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to the airport to take your flight back.
